Voice search with artificial intelligence will become a fundamental way that clients will interact with inquiries and purchasing. However, the ability to tell the device to look for readout and then buy is still in its infancy. Machine learning and consumer spending habits will coincide with consumer accounts linked into databases to analyse consumer requirements and make suggestions based on brand loyalty, location, and previous purchases or services. Recommendations will also be made of similar or upcoming products or services and the best solution to the individual's problem or request.


Video content will continue to grow to form an educational part of the marketing tools, with video shorts connecting with established audiences and attracting new audiences with what is happening, when it is happening and how the consumer can interact with the brand. In addition, with the increase in location tracking and AI, video related to the consumer's interests will become localised to the user and speak directly to them in real-time.
 
Five years from now, consumers will be asking their devices to find, locate and purchase products based on previous spending or activities. The device will offer recommendations based on search history and how the individual moves around a location. In addition, voice search will integrate with calendars on the consumer's device and have the ability to interact with all appliances for bookings and appointments. Appointments will be based on the consumers' day and updated on the consumer's and the service provider's calendars or arrange the collection of an item based on location and available time.
 
Video will integrate more personally with consumers and address them directly based on their proximity to the store or service provider and previous spending. The consumer will have the opportunity to explore the video in depth by asking the device to play or reject the service offered. In addition, live video ordering speaking to a person will increase from brands and personalised content based on the previous spending to attract consumers and reward loyalty.
